  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children’s use of the Platform complies with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Kitbow Entertainment be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with children’s use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

  • Parents or legal guardians agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kitbow Entertainment from and against any claims arising out of or related to their children’s use of the Platform.

10. Termination

  •  Kitbow Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms or who are under the age of 13 without parental consent.

11. Changes to these Terms

  •  Kitbow Entertainment reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically and ensuring their children’s compliance.
